Yeh you can sell them, but to be honest I dont know how lol. I think you have to have a subscribers account :S Sorry XD I haven't looked into selling art on DA yet. It's probably best to send a note to someone youve seen selling something (by going onto their page and theres an option to 'send note' next to general, gallery, scraps. Sorry
